  Couldn’t understand the Drive- thru person. The food was cold and undercooked. I tried it after a yr of not eating here and it’s worse. It was good at one point.

  I got the smash burger combo and, I have to say, it was the best burger I've ever gotten from a fast food restaurant. My sweet tea with strawberry was also great. My onion rings, however, tasted sweet from frying everything together.

  I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant and my husband picked me up a strawberry cheesecake milkshake from there tonight. I was really looking forward to it until I took a sip and tasted nothing but pure salt. There was a substance at the bottom that was milky white-ish/clear. Not sure what I did to deserve this, but the salty taste tainted the entire shake. When I called to ask what might make a shake taste so salty or what happened, I was greeted with a young guy putting on an accent that literally doesn’t exist and talking slow like an idiot, making it the cherry on top of a perfect experience. Thanks Sonic for completely ruining my already bad night lol

  It's always a great experience visiting. I usually place my order in the app in advance. It's more convenient. However, I don’t appreciate how inconsistent the serving sizes are, especially for the fries/tots. I ordered a medium tot with my meal and literally counted only 8 tots. Other times, the medium is filled as it should be, so the inconsistency is frustrating. If I’m paying for a medium, I expect to receive a proper portion every time.
