However, I don’t appreciate how inconsistent the serving sizes are, especially for the fries/tots. I ordered a medium tot with my meal and literally counted only 8 tots. Other times, the medium is filled as it should be, so the inconsistency is frustrating. If I’m paying for a medium, I expect to receive a proper portion every time.

When I got to the window they only gave me my burger ( which when I opened it, it was wet? Gross ) I asked if I could still get my free fry and they started acting weird then some dude came to the window and told me I had to order it through the app. When I left I looked and it didn’t say that anywhere so the dude was just bullshitting. Pretty annoying. Don’t be lazy. Your job is easy.

Every single person that brings the food to my car is exceptionally friendly and helpful. They always ask if there's anything else I need. I love the atmosphere. If you're not happy with the food, they will make it right.
