- SSStephanie StarttSep 11, 20252.0i was in the drive thru placing more order. i was asked twice “give me a second” in which i was being patient. when the lady asked what i wanted in my iced coffee speaking normally i wouldn’t say i was talking fast. she told me i need to slow down and that she had told me 3 times that their systems are down. she didn’t tell me one time that they were working on the systems. how was she taking my order if you working on the systems. very rude and i did not deserve the disrespect. i did not give her negativity in return, or to begin with. she needs to remember that you never know what someone is going thru. it was the older lady who used to wear i mask. i come here often and hadn’t had a problem until this month. the girl i dealt with this time had worked here for a while but when i came here on sunday, it was 2 newer people had nasty attitudes and didn’t say a word to me.
