    Drive thru clerk was rude. Barely listening and does not want to provide any answers to any questions. Drive through checkout time 8/15/25 @1:16pm Recommend the manager looks up this employee and works on customer service ASAP. Definitely not coming back.

    Just want to shout out everyone working today.. we had a nasty storm last night and when we came the computers were not working and immediately I thought it would be a nightmare.. it was not we were greeted outside by a man who took our order. The line was moving and even though all of this was going on my order was correct and everyone was super friendly and smiling. They could have closed or had an attitude about adjusting but they figured out how to keep everything moving.

    After moving to a new area, I had to switch Dunkin locations and I was skeptical as not all Dunkin’s are the same. They made my drink perfect, food was made right & most importantly the associates were so kind!
