Just today, left two sandwiches out of our breakfast, call to ask for a refund and they say they’re not serving breakfast anymore and the manager hung up on me after saying it’s not his problem. Proceeded to hang up on me 2 more times immediately after picking up when I called back. Wish I could say this is the first time a situation like this has happened, but apparently this is where the employees McDonald’s can’t fire go to work…

Also, I have to give a shout out to Alex. He has waited on me several times in drive through now, and he is so professional, polite, and friendly. And patient with me with my special orders.
