- TTTravis ThompsonJan 5, 20261.0I stopped by this location because I had an appointment directly across the street. I ordered three hash browns and a peppermint mocha latte and was handed my order. Once I arrived at my appointment, which was only about two minutes away, I realized I had only been given one order of hash browns instead of three. I returned and explained the issue. An employee was asked to prepare the remaining hash browns and handed me a bag but, there was still only one order inside. I had to go back in a third time to finally receive the correct amount. While the issue was eventually resolved, the repeated mistakes and extra trips were inconvenient, especially with a scheduled appointment. More attention to order accuracy would greatly improve the customer experience.
