If you ask them to remake it they give you a dirty look and if you ask for a refund they tell you they can’t give refunds. I’ve never had this experience at any other location, it’s always this one.

It's even more profitable than coffee because of the much lower food cost. Seriously considered walking out, but I was only in this shopping center because the eye doctor where my friend was having cataract surgery is in the same strip, Dunkin was the only food in the strip open this early, and I don't know the area at all. Hash browns were a bit soggy and portion disappointingly small for price. Won't be back, when my friend has his other eye done I know to eat before I leave home or bring my own food.
