- SPSudip PatelMar 22, 20263.0Had a frustrating experience at Pizza Hut in Eldersburg. We ordered 4 large pizzas, and one of them came out wrong. It was supposed to be a 5-topping pan pizza with half just cheese and the other half with extra olives (no other toppings), but they made the entire pizza with olives. I asked for a remake, and after about 10 minutes they brought out a new one—but this time it didn’t even have the extra olives like requested. On top of that, we asked for plates and were given only 4 plates for 4 large pizzas, which didn’t really make sense. Overall, just a lack of attention to detail. Hoping they can improve on order accuracy and basic service.

- JBJason BellFeb 2, 20261.0They make you tell them THREE TIMES that you don't want to tip on a carryout online order. 1st request - During online checkout on your website, I selected "no tip". 2nd request - At the store, I had to sign the paper credit card slip and indicate again that I didn't want to tip. 3rd request - Just when I thought you were done asking for a tip, I was told I needed to indicate my tip amount on the credit card machine. Order #144600401. Perhaps this one star Google review and fourth and final notice that I DON'T WANT TO TIP YOU will finally make sense?
