  I love Jimmy John's sandwiches. My problem with this location is with the delivery and the attention to detail. Both are terrible. First, JJ's advertises fast delivery. However, my orders are always delivered by an Uber driver who is delivering multiple orders to other locations on behalf of JJ's. My order today left the store (about 3 miles away) and arrived 29 minutes later. I wish this was unusual, unfortunately this is normal. Second, this location can't seem to do any of the seemingly little things that are asked. The staff do not cut the sandwiches in half, include mayo packets, take the bread out of slims, or add napkins when requested. The details matter. I'll order from this location when I'm not in the office and can go pick up my sandwiches. And I recommend that you don't order JJ's delivery from the Sykesville/Eldersburg location.

  Every time I try to order the ranch chicken wrap as an unwich, they get it wrong and give me a tortilla anyway. If you order an unwich, you have to do it in person. Don't use the app!

  This JJ is fantastic. Ordered here numerous times and the service and food are always spot on.
