- SNShawna NeblettOct 12, 20251.0I've never met such a rude, disgruntled manager. I was given a frozen acai bowl which made it inedible. I decided to go back and order something else. Dillion was extremely helpful and kind but he assumed I wanted a refund when he saw me come back. Rakan, the manager comes around the corner snarling. As I was explaining the situation, he coldly says "they come in frozen." Before I got to say I was trying to order something, he snaps and says "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT." I was so taken back, I wouldn't even talk to him anymore. I did not come to this establishment to be disrespected. Never again. He should not be a manager with that attitude.
