I have pointed out to employees, returned the following week, and still found the same expired items still there. Today I could not find one variety of hummus that wasn't expired. Also, I needed some bittersweet chocolate for a baking recipe and the shelf was empty. Told by an employee that they would get the manager, but no manager ever came. I would avoid this store at this point, there are multiple other groceries in the area that are better stocked. The pharmacy at Safeway is really good though, so 2 *s.
