As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

He said 13.99 and I said hold up cause I could of sworn the price was 11.49 etc. He then goes back to his computer and start to hit buttons and it rang up as 11.99 and 75 cent tax and total being 12.74. I said give me my receipt too cause I have a feeling now that they are stealing people money. Cause there was another lady at the opposite window disputing about her receipt. People please get your receipts and thoroughly check it. I will not return to this place again.
- MMMiranda MoyeJan 22, 20261.0My family went to checkers on Pulaski Highway when we got home it looked like they dug our food out of the trash I called and spoke to Nichole she said bring the food back with receipts she also stated that she would be leaving but another MANAGER I believe by the name of Cozette or something was coming on and we were supposed to be reversed for our meal and compensated with a meal when we drove back Nichole was gone unfortunately the new manager was very nasty did not comply nor did she try to follow the information that Nichole gave us so I called back to the store before we got home to talk to the manager. She kept hanging the phone up on me.
