  In the past 6-7 times I’ve been here they mess up the same order EVERY time. Even if I have someone pick something up for me-same issue. How hard is it to grasp the concept that I want a cheese, bean, and rice burrito with ONLY shredded cheese, NO nacho or jalapeño sauce? I’ve even asked for a burrito with just beans, rice and shredded cheese. Either there’s no cheese at all, only beans and rice or they add the sauces. I know it’s Taco Bell, but seriously. This is at different times of day/days of the week as well. I’ve even had staff take my payment, and hand me food without a word (not telling my total to me, asking if I want sauce etc). I’ve worked customer service before and would have been fired for things like this (consistently). There are plenty of people needing a job these days, maybe hire them instead!
