Service is routinely slow and ordering from the app has been down for weeks. I called a couple weeks ago to confirm and was told they are "trying to fix it". There doesn't seem to be any urgency, which seems to be the theme all around there. Food is fine. It's what you expect from a Sonic so no complaints there.

Seriously, go somewhere else. Their website and app rarely work, the food is mediocre, painfully slow AND the staff member literally came out while having a personal phone conversation. She was actually jabbering away on her phone with an ear bud in while handing us our food and didn't communicate with US at all. Disrespectful, degrading and insulting.
Oh and we got home to find out they even left an entire item out of the order. Pathetic.

Dont waste your time.. could not understand a lick of English and when I ask for someone to come out and take my order I was told "she was the only one. Manager needs to hire better help unless that was the manager in which case they should start selling restaurant equipment.. from that store! Waste of time!!!
