Rude & incompetent staff. Ordered the Oreo shamrock McFlurry, was given a cup of vanilla ice cream with Oreo on top. When I mentioned it to the girl at the window she either played dumb or didn’t speak English and got the staff member that took my order. He asked to confirm what I ordered, I repeated the order, received ANOTHER cup of ice cream with Oreo on top. By this time we had already left and wanted to just get home. I called to speak to the manager and no answer! Unreal!

It's McDonalds. What more can a person say. The kids love it, and they love this playground better than any other McDonalds playgrounds.

I was just going through the drive-thru, no big deal- except the staff was extremely rude and curt for no reason. When being given back my card at the pay window it was shoved in my hand, no have a nice day anything. I get to the next window and am told “ go to number one” that’s it. When waiting at number one- once again a staff member shoved the item into my hands without a word! and walked away. I understand my baby was a little upset in the back so that might have frustrated the drive thru staff as it was hard to hear our order at first but it’s no reason to be rude. Horrible customer service- the smoothie was good though! Sincere thank you to whoever made it!

I am disappointed that this location does not honor Veterans on Veterans Day. I had breakfast there on Veterans Day and was told ..no discounts to veterans.....however other Mc Donald's around the USA will honor veterans. I'm 14 yr Veteran enlisted, E4..not wealthy and do not receive anything from the service.
