  I am writing to express a complaint and to request a refund for a beverage I purchased this morning at around 8:00 a.m. at a Dunkin’ Donuts location. I ordered a matcha, a drink I usually purchase at Starbucks and have never had any issues with. However, this was my first time ordering matcha at Dunkin’, so I was not familiar with how it is prepared or how the process works. Unfortunately, the drink I received had an excessive amount of ice, to the point where I was only able to take two sips before there was practically no beverage left. I am very disappointed with this experience. Honestly, if I had known that I would be given mostly ice instead of an actual drink, I would not have made the purchase. I have photos of the product, the receipt, and proof to support what happened. For this reason, I am respectfully requesting a refund for the purchase. I look forward to your response, and I appreciate your time and attention to this matter.

  I wish this place could just be consisted,one day you'll go and your bagels will be perfect. Not burnt, three pieces of bacon and just perfect amount of creamed cheese. Then you'll go another day and they are burnt,one slice of bacon and creamed cheese spilling out the sides. The bagels are so good here when they are cooked correctly. Please get your entire team on the same page. Thanks
