I ordered a chicken bowl and they gave me something else. They charged me $20 for the bowl, and I think a chicken bowl costs around $12 to $15. The food was old and burning hot because they overheated it, and everything was just awful. It's a disappointment to go to a place like that. The food is delicious, but with such bad and disorganized staff...

I just placed an online order that included guacamole (xtra charge for that) only to get home and find that they left it out. I double checked my order and it was definitely ordered and paid for. It’s not rocket science people! Do better.
