My last order was placed via the app, with in store pickup, this is supposed to be a "we'll start making it now" order, we get there 10 minutes later, the store is locked so I can't go in to pick up the order, so we go through the drive thru. I tell them I'm here to get my mobile order, and they hadn't even started it yet, so I got to wait another 10 minutes to get 3 stackers and a burrito.
