  Horrible cold tacos! I paid $60 for two party packs and a $10 meal. All of the food was stone cold and was a waste of money.

  One of there new locations got my order entirely wrong and now we have to make a whole new lunch.

  Calling this "fast food" is a stretch, they seem to be critically understaffed. It doesn't seem to matter if I order our meal at the drive thru or in the app ahead of time, we always get parked and they bring our food out to us. My last order was placed via the app, with in store pickup, this is supposed to be a "we'll start making it now" order, we get there 10 minutes later, the store is locked so I can't go in to pick up the order, so we go through the drive thru. I tell them I'm here to get my mobile order, and they hadn't even started it yet, so I got to wait another 10 minutes to get 3 stackers and a burrito.
