This lady was receiving her change and when the money was almost inside her wallet with receipt in hand , SUSAN decided to snatch her receipt and make sure she gave her the correct change. I on the other hand was not having that SHIT. Got nasty because I needed cash back and was there to spend my money. GIANT DO BETTER THAN SUSAN. Start hiring people who actually have customer service skills . Btw this was NOT my first encounter w/SUSAN.
