A simple “thank you” or “have a nice day” would go a long way in making the experience feel more welcoming. Instead, it felt a bit awkward having to ask if my order was complete. Also, the curb on the exit of the drive through is a concern. It might make sense to remove the left turn option there to make exiting safer and smoother. Other than that food was pretty much on par for a Dunkin Donuts

So we weren’t off to a good start with service. I said yes, you can help me and proceeded to order. When I ordered I said with bacon and the lady on the mic said “it comes with bacon”. When on the menu it says with choice of meats. So there was an obvious attitude problem. Not sure who made her mad but when working In customer service you can’t take your problems out on the customers. When I pulled into my drive way and pulled out my wrap this is what I got. I went back and got a refund. Making the review so customers can check their food and stuff if the staff is being rude that day, your food/drink quality might be lacking.
