Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but huge bummer to order a 25 box and only get that variety. Great variety on doughnuts. Great tasting food and yummy drink.

Husband had sausage, egg and cheese English muffin with hash browns. Everything was terrible. Hash browns were the worst. Will never go back to Dunkin for breakfast again.

Would have given it 5 stars, but this didn't start out correctly. EPIC FAIL Dunkin! I pre-ordered 3 boxes of hot chocolate and 1 box of coffee three hours prior, When I showed up, the crew did not even know about my order. The order never got passed from the previous shift to the night crew. They only had 2 people working that evening so between sorting out my order, they were still busy taking care of drive-thru orders. One of them eventually offered to fulfill the order. After 50 minutes, I ended up with only 1 box of coffee and 1 box of hot chocolate because "the hot chocolate machine broke." And I have to come back the next day to get a refund for 2 boxes of hot chocolate because the store manager was not there. Wasted a lot of time today and will have to set time aside to go back there tomorrow to get my money back. 1 Star.
