  A few weeks ago I had the rare opportunity to eat at the Dunkirk Subway. I’ve been trying to get a table for months and after a long wait, I was in. As soon as I opened the door I could feel a positive and alluring aura radiating from one of the employees. I wasn’t sure who it was at first but once I got closer, I realized it was coming from THE sandwich master: Annie Mollan. We made eye contact as I approached the counter and I immediately felt at home. She made my sandwich with grace and I could tell she has an immense passion for sandwich artistry. My food was done in the blink of an eye; it was like she already knew what I wanted. I felt safe with Annie and while eating my sandwich I felt connected to her on a deeper level. My sandwich was perfect and I’ve been chasing this high ever since. I couldn’t recommend this Subway enough.

  This is probably the best subway I’ve ever been to. The customer service was impeccable (shoutout Annie for making me a wonderful sandwich and handling my complicated order with so much patience)!! I had an amazing experience and will surely be returning soon. Highly recommend.

  I’ve been enjoying subs from this Subway for many years. The meat and veggies are always fresh and today’s sub was no exception. Everyone I encounter there is friendly and professional, and the environment is bright, clean, and welcoming. Over the years, this store’s owner, has been a great community partner. Most recently, he’s worked with me and an organization I participate with to plan a couple large group orders, giving us a fair price and ensuring all subs needed are prepared exactly as requested, and ready to go when we arrive to pick them up, with all needed utensils and condiments. I appreciate the care and attention to detail he and his staff take each and every day to ensure quality food and a positive customer experience!

  The sandwich I always get (An Italian Herbs and Cheese (foot long) with Ham, American Cheese, and Mayonnaise (Toasted)) tastes great. I'm occasionally iffy on adding pickles to it like I used to because they sometimes don't look pickle-y enough. All the employees are kind and work fast. The owner himself is especially so. He remembers the orders of repeat customers. So does Joe who works in the mornings. The music is a little loud sometimes, but that's the only complaint about the atmosphere I have. Mostly because I don't spend more than a few minutes inside, and I'm sure they'd lower the volume if I bothered to ask. I go to this Subway regularly, and the quality is always the same.
