I used the app to order from a different location and for some reason it still sent it to this location after I hit checkout. When I called to cancel (30 seconds after the fact) they said they couldn't cancel the order and I would still be charged. This happened at another location before and they were more than happy to cancel the order and says it happens all the time and it was no problem. Just disappointed in how it was handled because I chose a different cafe in the app but it still decided to send to this one, so beware if you use the app for this location as the order will likely be wrong and if it is ordered accidently at this location they will not refund or cancel the order.
