  Always well stocked and the employees are willing to help unlike other Giant stores where it seem everyone is in their own isolated world.

  This is truly the worst grocery store in Dunkirk. They are always understaffed, no one EVER answers their phone and if they do they are rude. I injured myself and with the upcoming snow storm, I placed an online order for pickup, since it would be hard for me to walk around the store currently. I called at the start of my pickup window, but no one ever answered the phone, and when I arrived I had to go inside to find out that they had "canceled all the orders that were scheduled for pick up from 7 pm on." There was no update in the app, I never received an email or an update in any form. Since I need these items, I placed the same order again later that evening for pick up between 2 pm-3 pm the next day (today). At the start of my pickup window, I called again since no updates were made in the app. No one answered the phone, so I finally called the bakery where a worker was finally able to provide me with an update - that my order was received, but it would not be ready at my scheduled time and may be ready around 6:00 pm. Currently, I'm still on hold trying to get someone to answer (someone had picked up but tried to dial another number and once they realized I was on the line, they immediately hung up on me). No idea if my order is ready, I would bet money that it'll be canceled yet again. Long story short, do not waste your time or money with this location. It's an absolute joke, poorly managed and understaffed. All the kids working there look like it's painful to be there. I'm about to yet again go up there and confirm my order has been canceled. I guess Giant doesn't want the $350 I was trying to spend on groceries with them this week.

  the lady working at self check out on 1/5/26 at around 4:20pm was SO RUDE. literally arguing with us as i was bagging my groceries and talking to me in such a condescending way. never had someone argue with me as I’m doing self check out lol
