    I went around 10pm there were no cars in the drive through. I ordered, paid, then was asked to park at the front door to wait for my food (I ordered only a double cheeseburger no pickle no onion and a large fry). I waited 10 mins then the worker came to the car with a bacon quarter pounder and said "it's the wrong order we'll remake it". No apology. I waited 10 more mins then drove back around the drive through, again nobody was in line. I asked for a refund, the manager at the window obliged nonchalantly. She did not apologize for me waiting an extended amount of time with no cars. When I attempted to tell her about my experience she said "well we we're in the process of remaking your food but you getting a refund so..." No apologies no clear communication as to why the forever long wait. Extremely poor customer service

    When you open at 500am they never have a nobody working and they keep saying they open at 600am but people have to be the work at 600am

    fries were undercooked and soggy??? burger was fine. Chicken nuggets were cold and soggy. dont know how proper food regulations never take place anywhere, not even McDonald's, school, restaurants, no one knows how to cook properly.
