It's very disheartening that people don't have the passion behind their jobs anymore. It irritates me more because I'm in the same profession and I take it personal. If you don't have a passion for it, then you shouldn't do it. Simple! The service tonight was absolutely horrible. I specifically asked could they make sure they fill up my large fry because every time I get some it's a medium.. they love to play in your face the lady African American, on the heavier side. Her hair was down and shoulder length working the window. Very rude I had to waste time and money just to go double back and sit in the line when I specifically asked the first time to make sure that they fill the fries up. I ordered two McDoubles with 'no pickles' on both, they decided to take the pickle off of one because I tasted the pickle juice🙄 Again, my palate works great. Instead of just making a new one. I realized times are hard and people just need jobs but again being a customer service leaves not much wiggle room to have an attitude. Please do better. You're dealing with people's FOOD!

Place is a joke. I order my nuggets and they tell me to move out of the drive thru to wait. Finally after almost 5 min a totally different person brings my order out. I looked in the bag and of course no bbq sauce that I specifically asked for. I said I need some BBQ sauce and he got mad and walked away without saying a word. He brings me back 1 bbq sauce I said dude I have a 20 piece I need more than 1 so he goes away with an attitude and comes back with 1 again so that's 2 bbq sauces for a 20 piece nugget. I said you know what I wanna cancel my order take this back and give me my money back. Common sense would tell you that they should have a pouch on with sauces in it that they can hand out.
