  Giant needs to improve on their staff, and their products. Prices need to come down and cashier's need to be added to their staff. It makes no sense to have 2 or 3 lanes open and the rest closed. Customer's shouldn't have to use self checkout as much as they do only to find several of the self checkout registers to be down as well. Hire more cashier's and PAY THEM and you'll have a complete staff if you hire the right people.

  Dirty. Seafood department girl would not even speak to me until 9 o’clock when she opened and the time was 8:56A. I told her it’s 8:56, she then said and? Also she expressed to the manager she was gonna “drag me if I kept talking to her”. She was very rude very un polite and did not want to be at work like I told her there’s people that need jobs and want to work if you don’t wanna work don’t come to work. Her professionalism sucked her mannerism sucked. They need better employees with better customer service. I have no idea why they have her work in the front. She then fabricated to management, and I, as a customer was asked to leave as she still mumble and antagonize me from behind the counter. New workers ASAP!

  Hung up at 15min smh. No one answered. I live 6min away could’ve went and came back to get my answer. Very disappointing

  I'd just like for this location to know, the female 'Shay' made the experience horrible. First, instead of saying hello you're going to stare as we're coming down the aisle to put our groceries on the belt. Then, you never once mentioned why you were standing beside the guy in Lane #9 (which I can only imagine it was for training purposes). Still, instead of disclosing that or just speaking at all you had a nasty energy when people are just out here trying to buy groceries. If you don't want to work maybe you should stay home. Customer service is very important and she lacks that. Poor service.
