It’s clear that new employees are thrown onto the floor with little to no training, which leads to mistakes that the managers then blame on them instead of helping them improve. The management seems unprofessional and unorganized—hours for staff are constantly cut or shifted around unfairly, and communication is almost nonexistent. Customers can feel the tension behind the counter, and it’s obvious the staff aren’t being supported. Instead of creating a team environment, the managers talk down to their crew and make shady comments in front of others. With better leadership, this store could run smoothly, but right now it’s a mess that hurts both the employees and the customer experience.

Dudes comes to the window (lips all of white), asked if they had chocolate donuts. He says 'no'. What donut place doesn't have chocolate donuts? Pulled off because after all that and seeing his face, I'd rather not order anything from there. Smh....
