Go ahead and close this location down…I have to add it’s ironic they were so pressed to charge me for water and so incompetent they gave me an accidental free side of hash browns 😂 God don’t like ugly so now I will never go back - loss of business, I’m sharing my experience on social media and they gave me free product…utter incompetence

We arrived at 4:42 PM—there was no line—yet we waited without being acknowledged until 4:56 PM. One employee wearing a headset was using inappropriate language even while taking orders, and another employee, whose pants were hanging very low, never acknowledged us at all when we walked in. After standing there without service, my husband and I decided to leave. As we walked out, I said, “Let’s go to another Dunkin’ where we can actually be helped.” The employee with the sagging pants responded with an extremely unprofessional comment, essentially saying he didn’t plan on working during his entire shift. This experience was unacceptable. We will not be returning to this location. The entire establishment needs serious improvement in professionalism and customer service
