  This location sucks! I was there today, waiting for my order for way too long, customer service also is terrible. I was ignored when I politely asked about my order. The women who work in this location have the worst attitude.

  Food is always good but it never fails.I've been there like a hundred times and every time I ask for sweet and sour , they throw spicy srirachi sauce, i don't like that sauce😂😂😂😂😂

  If Chick-fil-A is known for "pleasure to serve" hospitality, Melvina is the one who defined the standard. I have visited many locations, but I specifically go out of my way to come to this one solely because of her. In a world where service often feels rushed or robotic, Melvinia brings a level of genuine warmth, personability, and care that is incredibly rare. She doesn’t just take an order; she makes you feel like a guest in her own home. She is efficient, professional, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every detail is perfect. The care that Melvina puts into her service, she deserves to have her own location!

  I don’t usually write reviews for fast food, but the service provided by Melvina is so extraordinary that it deserves public recognition. My partner and I are regulars here, and it is 100% because of the way Melvina treats her customers. She has an incredible memory, a contagious positive energy, and a way of making every interaction feel personal and sincere. It’s not just "fast food" when she’s there it’s a first-class experience. It is clear she takes immense pride in her work. If you’re looking for the best service in town, this is the spot, and Melvina is the reason why. She is a total rockstar and deserves to be recognized and rewarded for her hard work. Give this woman a raise! She is the heart of this Chick-fil-A.

  Chick Fil A in District Heights, MD has extremely poor customer service especially with their women in management. Very disrespectful, unprofessional and overall not helpful. I had an incident at the District Heights location on Tuesday with the female manager in charge at the time, she was very disrespectful and refused to give me her name when I said I wanted to file a complaint. She then advised the staff members not to provide me with her name and told one of the team members that if they provided that information to me they’d be written up. I was unable to get her name, but I want to make it clear that it was the female supervisor, maybe in her early 40s on Tuesday 3/3 around 2pm.
