  One of the few Giants that doesn’t have nondairy Ben & Jerry’s. In general a bad selection for natural/nondairy/vegan items, they don’t have squeezable strawberry jam without high fructose corn syrup (they only have grape) or Lindt oat milk chocolates. Also the staff weren’t very helpful, I understand working retail sucks and it’s unreasonable to know where everything is but if the store is super empty you could at least pretend to try and figure out where something is or if you have it, they should have some sort of inventory list/map.

  great service , clean, better employee training in place, stocked , organized, good parking. Best I have seen this store in 19 years. Thank you

  I've never been to this location and today the customer service was bad. No one was at the seafood department. Employees walking by seeing me standing there and no one asked if I needed help. I had to walk up to the customer service desk up front and the phoned for assistance. Funnt thing a chubby woman walked right by me at the seafood dept only to find her up at the front of the store at the self check-out. Disappointing.

  On 2.20.2026 at 8.20pm I was paying for groceries at this Giant food store and asked the cashier if it was a credit card skimmer, because the machine looked suspicious to me. Normal question nowadays. The cashier did not say anything, she totally ignored me, she smiled, made big eyes and did not reply at all. She treated the customers before me and after completely different. Maybe because they were guys and I'm not.
