Since the building was newly opened, I expected great service but that wasn’t the case. When I walked in, the manager was assisting another customer. I stood patiently behind someone else, but instead of acknowledging me, the manager ignored me, looked around, and walked away. I asked another associate to get the person who had been helping, and to my surprise, it turned out he was actually the manager Michael. When I asked him to return and help me, he did so in a very nonchalant way. As he I was talking to him about how frustrating was that he left without speaking to me, he asked for my name, which I didn’t feel was necessary, then something that threw me off was that he says he would “take care of me real good.” I ordered a simple large black coffee. While an associate was preparing it, the manager walked over to my coffee with his back turned to me. When I asked why he was doing that, he said it was to “top it off.” At that point, I no longer felt comfortable, so I left the coffee there and walked out without incident. Overall, my first experience at this Dunkin’ was very poor. As a new store, I expected professionalism, courtesy, and good service, especially from management. Sadly, I didn’t receive any of that, and it left me with no desire to return.
