Stopped at this Denton, MD Arby’s today a little after 5pm. I ordered a single item, a double beef and cheddar. One item. I was the only customer. I was 10 minutes down the highway when I discovered no cheddar! Ridiculous! Cost over $8 including tax. How can you get a single item wrong? (Hard to tell it was a “double” too.)

NO specials, NO order.
Went immediately to McDonald's and got Buy One, Get One.

hit or miss, mainly hit. but there are times my sandwich is colder than previous visits. Not one to really say much or complain, usually just go to another location. Its fine for what's around

I ordered a classic Roast Beef...I'm not sure if it was the sause or the meat..Something was bad..Went to counter and asked to exchange it..No problem, the cashier let me get a burger instead..The was dried up meat and sloppy...Didn't bother to go back. The cashier was awseome and the place was clean But very disappointed with both sandwiches.

On 12-8 we stopped for a shake and the gentleman working is beyond kind, professional and exceptional service. Its so nice to encounter people who are good at what they do and enjoy it
