I just want to say that whoever was ha doing the pickup orders tonight did an amazing job in communicating yo the customers about any delays with the orders and making sure they had the best experience possible. Never before in a Chipotle has someone asked if there's anything they can do while I wait, and never before has someone walked out the order to me in the main restaurant. Usually someone would just call me over to the pickup but this employee walked it out to me, apologized for the delay, and asked if there was anything they could have done to make the experience better. So Chipotle, I hope you see this and find out who deserves the recognition because I was not expecting to find the shining star of customer service in a Chipotle at 8pm on a Friday night.

I will try to stay away from this chipotle
