  Absolutely abysmal order time to actually getting your food. I'm talking 10+ minutes on average for something as simple as a fry and drink (which is self service here.) Orders are often incorrect as well. Using deals on kiosks still broken after a year+ of time. Service in store takes forever too. I understand the drive thru is a priority but even the drive thru often takes a ridiculous amount of time. Just go to La Vale's McDonald's. You'd get your food in a more appropriately timely manner despite the distance.

  Drive through times are fast, largely because they don’t have what you want or try to clear your order so fast they don’t accurately fill it. Things as simple as ketchup and jelly packs through can’t be filled because they are to busy dropping food on the floor.

  On 1/16/26 at 6:40 am I went through the drive through and requested 5 large caramel coffees with light ice for my employees.The woman handed me the coffees with no ice when I asked,she said,"the ice melted"I specifically asked for light ice and she slammed the window in my face. Horrible service.

  I go here too often as its near my home. Its typical McDonald's food. Gets busy at times. Line moves slow. My order has been a little off a few times. Every time I have brought it up, its been taken care of. But what makes this a 5 star McDonald's, is the employees I deal with while visiting. For years its been the same few guys and gals and 100% of the time they are the friendliest McDonald's employees I've ever encountered. Maybe the friendliest of any establishment I've ever been to. I cant shout them out by name as I dont know any of them personally. But I hope more people recognize their commitment to being decent people, if nothing else.
