Every time I have brought it up, its been taken care of. But what makes this a 5 star McDonald's, is the employees I deal with while visiting. For years its been the same few guys and gals and 100% of the time they are the friendliest McDonald's employees I've ever encountered. Maybe the friendliest of any establishment I've ever been to. I cant shout them out by name as I dont know any of them personally. But I hope more people recognize their commitment to being decent people, if nothing else.
