  This place is actually quite disgusting. I am ashamed to say that about chipotle because I usually love chipotle. They never clean up after themselves and there is always food all over the space where you order. I am ALLERGIC to pork and every time I have eaten at this chipotle I have an a reaction and now I am certain it is because the pork is touching all over their equipment and other foods. This does not happen at other chipotles like in Hagerstown. So please just clean your station up and make sure the meat is not touching anything else in your kitchen. Sometimes they are very nice though.

  I ordered for pick up through a third party app. I was provided a time frame for pick up so I got there a few minutes after that time. When I got there, there was a line of cars wrapped around the building and several people sitting near the take out- pick up shelves. There was no one waiting for eating in food. There were 5 people in the kitchen and one person working the drive thru/take out counter. Not one person stepped in to assist the employee who was struggling through the multitude of cars and take out orders waiting for her. I arrived 30 minutes after I placed my order and waited inside an additional 30 minutes. When I opened my bowl at home, there were toppings missing. Most of this is NOT the employees fault. There was no teamwork, and no prioritizing of tasks. I would say it's better to go there and wait in line so you can watch your food being prepared. You'll get it in about the same time and it will be correct. Either way be prepared to wait.

  Waiting on food as usual. Their manager here is a joke as with their regional manager. The store manager apparently does not know how to schedule staff or order food. They are always out of items like chicken and shells for burritos. They have been open since thanksgiving 2025. You would think they would have their act together by now. I feel sorry for the staff to be lead by management that has no clue what it takes to run a restaurant.

  I placed an online order for 3:50 PM and didn’t get my food until nearly 5:00 PM. The inside of the restaurant was closed due to staffing, so customers were forced to sit in the drive-thru line with no other option unless we wanted to lose the money we already paid. Ordering ahead was supposed to make things quicker, but it actually made the experience worse. To make matters worse, they were out of multiple items—including chicken—so even after the long wait, we couldn’t even get what we actually wanted to order. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars for service is because it’s not the employees fault that they are understaffed. They served us with a smile regardless of the situation at hand. My fear is if you don’t treat the employees properly they will leave too due to many disgruntled customers. At this point, this isn’t just a “busy day” issue—it’s poor management. If staffing is consistently this bad, something needs to change. Other businesses nearby seem to have figured it out, so it’s frustrating to see this location struggle this much. I was excited for Chipotle to come to Cumberland, but this experience was enough to make me think twice about coming back. Until there are clear improvements, I won’t be returning.
