  I’ve been to this location about three times. The service and friendliness of the staff has consistently been mediocre. No one greets you, and it feels like you’re interrupting them if you have a question or need service. Each time I’ve been, I preorder my food via the app and check my order before I leave the store. My most recent visit I failed to request or order an additional dressing (the app could use some improvements to be better user friendly). When I asked for an additional dressing, the three staff members behind the counter looked around and hesitated, as if they were waiting to see which one of them would proceed to help me, and a guy proceeded to get the dressing then informed me of the cost. The cost wasn’t an issue, but I had been to a different Ledo’s Pizza and made the same mistake, but the staff was much friendlier & helpful, so I didn’t realize there was a charge for an additional dressing because the young lady gave me one. I now realize they charge for the cups that they fill with salad dressing, but simple customer service gestures I received from the Bowie location compared to the Crofton location will be why I won’t return to Crofton and will order in the future from Bowie.

  Look at this absolutely gorgeous pizza. I walked in and was helped IMMEDIATELY. When they open the box I my initial response was “whoa” because it looked so good I finished every last bit of this delicious pizza. I always go to this establishment and will continue to do so

  The wings were old usually they are great this tie they tasted microwaved. The pizza was great.

  We always love the change of pace to we are ready to get loaded toppings on a thin crust. The best part is to be able to order the pizza “half baked”. So I can pick it up late afternoon and finish the bake process at home so it’s ready as if straight from the restaurant when we are ready to eat it. I wish you would offer delivery. We would order more often.
