    The coffee was very good, I really enjoyed it. The young woman who helped me today was very kind and polite, and I appreciate her customer service. Unfortunately, the man who was taking my payment was very rude. He raised his voice at me because I didn’t understand him, and he was talking on the phone at the same time. I believe staff should be reminded how to treat customers with respect and patience. Good service makes a big difference.

    Ignored at the counter, forgotten at the table. Walked in and stood alone at the register while four employees worked behind the counter. Not one greeting, not even eye contact. I waited five minutes before anyone took my order. Sat down at a dirty table to wait for my food. When my coffee was ready—no one called out the order number. Same with the food. I had an item that required utensils. Were any provided? No. Were any available in the customer area? Also no. Let’s review: - If a customer is waiting at the register and can’t be helped immediately, greet them. - When food or drinks are ready, call out the order. - If an item needs utensils, provide them. - If your dining area is dirty, clean it. But the biggest takeaway? Don’t ignore your customers. Because now, I’m a former one.
