Not one greeting, not even eye contact. I waited five minutes before anyone took my order. Sat down at a dirty table to wait for my food. When my coffee was ready—no one called out the order number. Same with the food. I had an item that required utensils. Were any provided? No. Were any available in the customer area? Also no. Let’s review: - If a customer is waiting at the register and can’t be helped immediately, greet them. - When food or drinks are ready, call out the order. - If an item needs utensils, provide them. - If your dining area is dirty, clean it. But the biggest takeaway? Don’t ignore your customers. Because now, I’m a former one.

Also, I tend to ask for light ice in my drink bc otherwise it will be all ice not drink but they mostly don’t do this. Finally twice I ordered a drink with cold foam and didn’t get any… otherwise friendly staff

This morning we ordered sandwiches and donuts, they left out the donuts and we had to go back in to get them. We paid for the chipotle sauce on both sandwiches and neither sandwich had sauce and the bagel was half burnt and chewy. My husband ordered a hot coffee with milk and all he got was hot milk, no coffee what so ever. Cooksville please do better.
