- CCC.P.1 day ago1.0Products are highly over priced and the online inventory is often incorrect. I have come in to buy products that the online store claims are in stock to find out that are not in stock. I tried switched to ordering via the app to get delivery but even then the items are left off or substituted because they aren’t actually in stock and that is assuming the delivery even arrives. If you have the ability to shop somewhere else, do so.

Then the most they put out is half a pound, that ain’t gonna cut it this summer. Other than that staff is cool. Always very helpful. Especially the meat department- very knowledgeable.

Her attitude toward me felt quite rude, and her facial expressions made the interaction uncomfortable. I normally don’t call people out, but I felt disrespected during the exchange, possibly because of my accent. When I asked about the price of a product, she responded with a rude expression instead of politely answering. I also mentioned that the paper bag she used to pack my items was torn. Instead of replacing it, she simply removed one item because the bag was heavy, but still did not change the bag. Before I could even get my groceries inside the house, the bag ripped completely at the bottom. I used to work as a cashier at Safeway, and we were trained to greet customers and treat them with courtesy. Even a simple “hello” can make a difference. Some people may be better suited for other roles in the store rather than customer service positions like cashier.
