  I ordered wings from this establishment and received food that was clearly burnt and poorly prepared. When I contacted the manager, I was told that because I didn’t call immediately, nothing could be done. I placed my order while at work and wasn’t able to check it right away. Customer service should still matter regardless of timing, especially when the issue is the quality of the food. Very disappointing experience — I will not be ordering again.

  Phillys Best is the BEST IN TOWN. Their food is wonderful and so.much. Delivery is really fast and they give exceptional customer service

  The ordering process was easy. The food arrived before the scheduled time. The driver was friendly and very humble. The food was great, I would definitely order from here again.

  We usually order takeout pizza from Philly’s Best, and occasionally their subs as well. The food is always delicious and the prices are very reasonable. The staff are friendly and welcoming. A few years ago there were some rude employees working the counter, but that issue has clearly been resolved and the service has been great ever since. The atmosphere is what you’d expect from a typical pizza and sub takeout shop, but it’s very clean and well kept. Parking is also easy and convenient. Overall, the food is consistently good and the experience is pleasant. Philly’s Best in Thunder Hill is definitely worth trying for pizza or subs.
