  Absolutely terrible experience. This was some of the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Our table was blatantly ignored while staff stood around complaining about tips instead of actually doing their jobs. It was unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable to watch. The drinks were a joke—basically juice with little to no alcohol. Do not order mixed drinks just straight shots. Definitely not worth the money. The food situation was even worse. Everything came out in random stages, and it took nearly two hours just to get a full order. Then, to top it off, we were told the kitchen was closed and they tried not to bring out the rest of the food we had already paid for. Completely disorganized, poorly managed, and a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Some of the machines don't work very well, but we still had fun!! We didn't get food because we already ate, but we played lots of games. They have good prizes but about 45 minutes before close they had no staff around the area, so we had to hunt for someone LOL. I accidentally left my backpack overnight and came back the next morning. I asked the nice guy who works here to see if he could find it and he did!! I'm very thankful because my backpack is important to me. Thank you, main event!! Btw, it's VERY loud in here so keep that in mind and bring earplugs if needed. Here's the prizes I got!!

  I came in for 2 things: Air Hockey and Skeeball. If you're going to charge money for games, the games should actually work. Two of the air hockey tables didn't have much air flow so the puck wouldn't move easily, it would just scrape along the table surface. The third table I tried had almost enough air but couldn't keep score for one of the sides. All the tables had gouges in them. The two Skeeball lanes I tried did not dispense all 9 balls, so the games couldn't be completed. I couldn't find any employees at all to even notify of the problems. Not going to waste my time or money here again.

  The whole location is sorry. They’re so unorganized. Over price for one just to get treated any kind of way. We booked a party yesterday for my son and when we came in there was nobody to great me or my guests. After we was told to be 15 minutes early. The party didn’t start on time. Then they had people sitting at our table and wouldn’t move. But put us out the whole building. Mind you we paid for a party package. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The manager Duty March 28, 2026 at 5:30pm is racist. He didn’t come over to handle anything for us. He told us to leave instead. He had no type of professional interest in help us at all.

  In October 2025 I had a birthday party here and Miguel was amazing! March 21, 2026 my mother, uncle, and grandfather had a party here and we did not get the same service. The girl at the desk with the red hair was very disrespectful to my grandfather and had no customer service skills. She had an attitude with us from the time we arrived as well. The party was supposed to start @5pm we got there at 4:30 to set up we did not get to set up for the party until 5:30, the area was not cleaned for us and they had to clean it while we were sitting down waiting for them to bring out the food. We were supposed to stay in the semi-private space for an hour (5-6pm) we did not, we only stayed for 30 mins and our server started packing up the food and basically pushing us off to the next person. We were supposed to come back to that space after we bowled to sing happy birthday, we never got to sing happy birthday and cut the cake. I wish we had Miguel as our host so that our time spent together was not stressful. This experience at this establishment left a negative connotation with my family and I. We will no longer be reserving parties here and paying hundreds of dollars if we can’t not receive the service or services we paid for.
