  Unprofessional staff. Where are all of the professional young ladies with good customer service that were here before? Like Bre? Still some nice ones left, but most of the front facing staff are loud, rude, and unprofessional. The loud old lady who's like a cashier lead or something, is unprofessional. I see why some of the others follow suit. Look at who's leading. Have been coming here since we moved here two years ago, but will definitely only be coming here if I absolutely need to, and changing my pharmacy. I have ignored attitudes previously, but today I had enough. It seems like the cashiers know management doesn't care by their response when you voice your concerns. After the cashier had a nasty attitude because I kindly interrupted her conversation for assistance with my register, I then had to interrupt Keith's (the manager’s) talk session and he was very uninterested when I expressed my concerns about one of his cashier's unprofessional attitude. It starts with management, that's all I will say. Definitely paying too much money to live in this area/on groceries and everything else, to deal with this. If I wanted to pay city taxes and prices, and deal with that quality of life I would move to the city of Baltimore. Stop working with the public if you're only there to stand around and talk. These are the jobs you sign up for, it should not result in a bad experience for the consumers. Do better.

  Shopped here all my life but never going again first off food quality has always been horrible if you pick up any type of produce and not check it you will have moldy or soiled food also they guy in the front who greats people .. I don’t care what type of disability he has he is still human and can understand when someone doesn’t want his help like why do I need someone to pull out my cart 1 foot ? And tell me theirs a door in front of me ? Like huh I can do this myself and I’ve told him NUMEROUS amount of times I don’t need his help to the point that I’m rude now .. also he has tried to touch my child when he obviously didn’t want to talk to him after I told him to go away we didn’t need help and when you come back after checkout he makes slick comments at you saying “I hope you feel better” like bruh I simply don’t want you bothering me when I’m a able body person who can get there own cart 💀 I’m sorry but why does he even have a job tbh no one needs to be paid to stand at a door and tell them there’s a cart in front of them lmao but all that being said he makes me highly uncomfortable when I just want to be left alone to shop now I have to find some where else thanksgaint !!
