If they don’t like the experience you provide, you lose the customer and the revenue. Alex understands this, and he brings that awareness to the entire Dobbin Center team. I was so impressed that I went back the next morning for breakfast—something I never do, especially since I usually go to Qdoba across the street because my team and I get 50% off. But I’ll tell you this: as long as this Wendy’s location continues to be coachable and embraces the atmosphere Alex is building, you have my business and my referrals. Genuine customer service is rare nowadays. When you have a team that can deliver it, you hold onto them. By bringing a restaurant-quality experience to fast food, Wendy’s, you’ve cracked the code. This location is now my go-to for lunch… and breakfast. Don’t lose this touch.
