  I will never go back to Main Event and I would never recommend it to anyone. The games are overpriced, the bartender was unprofessional, and they had the worst bathrooms I have ever seen in my life. None of the stalls in the women’s bathroom had locks and 80% of the stalls were so disgusting that they were unusable. I would rate this place 0 out of 5 just for the bathrooms.

  Making very sincere comment from my personal experience going to this establishment. I was going for a double date expecting lots of fun and entertainment. We all decided to go bowling and the gentlemen put my group to a certain lane. The floors were sticky and there was a very prominent smell that lingered throughout the building. When we walked there, the lane was a complete mess and trashed from the previous group. No one was cleaning it and we were confused. The worker that was standing there next to me told us that we could move to a different lane. When we waited there, the group behind us took the lane that we were escorted to, which meant we had no lane after. The staff member that escorted us from the other lane just disappeared when we were looking for him. There was a lack of communication from the front desk and the staff at the bowling alley. We decided that all this waiting wasn’t worth it and got our refund back. The staff doesn’t seem to care or take any type of accountability for

  We went to Main Event for a Sunday out with the kids, while we were waiting for our lanes we decided to go to the bar for a drink, it took several minutes for someone to greet and just to say they’re gonna have someone else take our order. While we waited the lanes were ready so we said ok never mind we will just get a drink from the wait staff at the lanes. Needless to say they took over 15 minutes to greet us, drinks took FOREVER to come and food as well. Our lanes kept getting stuck, the bathroom was disgusting. I heard some great things about Main Event, but was not impressed.

  Reserved 2 hours of bowling for 10 people and prepaid roughly over 400$ with game cards. When we arrived, we were informed bowling was down, which fine I asked for a refund and was told no refunds could be done there because I prepaid. I was given the GM's name (no number or email) and to call back Monday. Called today and the was told the GM wasn't available but they would get my info an start a refund I would receive an email by mid day informing me the process was started. Here it is 745 pm, no email has been sent and I"m still out for all the bowling. Not going to even get into the broken games, how many games just ate credits, air hockey tables with no pucks (informed someone of that and he just walked away). Looks like I'll have to contact amex to dispute charges, Never again.

  Just go to Dave & Buster’s. This is one of the worst places. Service is the worst I’ve experienced. Manager was great though. They need to work on training their staff. They didn’t know about promotions they were running. Staff ringing up our bill wrong. The tip on our food was incorrect. Don’t trust the tip on the tablet. Calculate it yourself and put it in or leave cash. Over priced Bathrooms were nasty. No toilet paper and people pissing on the toilet lids. Now the piss on the seat isn’t their fault but, not restocking toilet paper is crazy. At least 10 games not working. Swipe your card and it would take your points, then not work.
