The cashier girl name Thai terrible customer service I understand if you having a bad day but what did I do to you all I wanted to do is shop and pay for my things you didn’t have to talk rough and nasty towards me no wonder this specific giant have such terrible reviews.

Food is always either expired or going bad, it’s very rare to see the produce in good shape. They either always have mold, browning or squishiness. This mainly includes the fruit. But even the vegetables are nasty and frequently brown. Items that are not produce are normally low in stock, in any other store you see daytime stockers regularly. I almost never see one or if i do it is limited to one person stocking one section at a time. Deli runs out of food easily and if you ask if they have any extra they don’t, any other place will make it for you as they in fact do have extra but the deli never can or wants to. Bakery items are never fresh unless it’s around holidays, I saw the bakery put items out that were packed many days before. Not realizing they did this to an item i bought, when i tried to eat the cake it was stale. It’s just unacceptable and this store is in need of new management, or this needs to be reported to corporate. I’m sorry but these are complaints after years of shopping here and trying to make this my regular grocery store but every-time there is always an issue and when i let someone know the problem is never fixed. There is no more benefit of the doubt here, it’s obvious giant does not care i had to switch my grocery store because i would like to be able to buy groceries that aren’t going bad.

I love love this Giant starting with Customer service department Miss Stacey always so pleasant and ready to help with any of my needs at the market. Then the dark skin gentleman in the produce department always speaking and making me feel welcomed the younger gentleman devonte on self check out always speaks and smiles then Mr Pat he's always helping me with my pick of breakfast meats I miss Marcus he was the most nicest managers I have ever met in seafood but the new manager is very nice and always easy to engage with Jaylin nothing but great great workers and I appreciate them all😁
