  Not effective at communicating with customers. Stood in the store for 20 minutes waiting for an online order and was never explained why it was never served. Just bad experience

  I'm rating this place 5 stars because of the amazing job that gets done, even with short staff and no appreciation for the hard work. I've seen some rude customers in here and they soldier on, never get flustered, and get the job done. I come here every morning for my coffee, and today I was running a little late, so it was absolutely slammed after 8:15am. They had only two employees that I could see, maybe a third, and at least 20 mobile orders. Dunkin corporate needs to give everyone a raise.

  Walked in, no one spoke, or came to take our order. 9:20 a.m. November 11th 2025. We waited looked around like okay no one is going to come serve us so we left. Dont spend your money here. Keep it. Onto a better Dunkin Donuts.

  I dont like doing this especially if I am a foodie and Ive worked in restaurants so I understand challenges that arise but enough is enough. I come to this Dunkin’ Donuts with my 4year son almost every morning. The cashier (she may speak hindi) is very rude. She starts off sweet but if an order is wrong she gets upset and rude. Today 10/2/25 I come in 6:45am with my son order a drink Caramel Latte. She brings it out and when I taste it I tell her all I taste is milk. She gets upset and say, no I put Caramel if you want extra then pay. I got quiet for a bit to calm my nerves. Then tell her If possible can you please remake it because all I taste is milk. She said no. I ask her why & she said because I do good already you pay for extra. The other customers just watched and I felt embarrassed because why would she be like this? Maybe she had a rough morning? So I said ok then may I please get a refund? That made her upset. She said “sure, if you just want your money then you want your money” then she said “you going to do this everyday ?” Astonished I just smiled because I could have cursed her out. But that wouldn’t be nice. So I thanked her, sat and ate with my son. She then go and talk about me with the person who preps the meal. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time. This is my first asking for a refund. I let it slide before but her customer service is trash. Dunkin please evaluate your staff or really just that lady. Everyone else was nice.
