My attempt to call about it rolled to voicemail that was not setup. Unfortunately, I don’t live close and won’t be in the area again anytime soon. Ugh!!! Pay attention, people!

At this dunkin' donuts I asked the person who made the bagel, did you double toasted and she said no. Someone may be a manager that came in and said we're going to put in the oven and toast it for you with the cream cheese on it. I said no please don't do that make me another one and the manager said we don't have any more of the kind of the bagel that you want. So I got my bagel it was not toasted it was cold and it was terrible so I throw it away. I didn't ask for refund but I will never go back there. Excuse that I was given was this person who makes the sandwichs doesn't speak English. Is it my fault???? I gave it one a star but Trudy it needs minus 10 Stars.
