She also barely put any rice onto the bowl and once I asked her to put a little more she said they didn’t have anymore when the bin of rice was full, they barely put any chips in the bag and they ended up being stale.

I could be wrong, but it seems like the meats are cut into such smaller pieces than usual. For example, I usually get big chunks of the Carnitas at other locations.

Not anymore this place went downhill FAST. The workers look miserable and are very rude. The food looks old and simply just bad. The area where all the food is kept to serve looks disgusting and messy.. certain toppings mixed with other toppings. I went in to get a burrito bowl and had to tell them I forgot my card in the car so I could leave from how disgusting everything looked and also how rude the employees were.. like they were bothered that I came in to order some food in the middle of the day. Never going back to this location and I warn everyone I know about how terrible this location is.

The staff was friendly, they seem a bit understaffed/overwhelmed though (I'd put this on management, not the employees themselves, the employees seemed to be doing their best - props to the employees frfr)
