There has never been a day when I have made a complete order without them saying “sorry, we don’t have anymore of that “
- ASAbhinav SankineniMar 18, 20261.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru. As soon as I pulled up, I was repeatedly told “one second” with no further communication. I waited for 13 minutes and 30 seconds without being able to place my order. When I finally asked if everything was okay, I continued to get the same response. I then politely asked how long the wait might be so I could decide whether to stay or leave. Instead of a helpful answer, the employee responded rudely, saying there were many people ahead and that I would just have to wait, without giving any estimate. I completely understand delays happen, especially during busy times. However, basic communication and courtesy go a long way. A simple explanation upfront would have made this a much better experience. Unfortunately, due to the lack of communication and poor customer service, I chose to leave without ordering. I hope management addresses this, as it reflects poorly on the store.

My worst trip was placing a drive thru order for black coffee and I sat at the window for 15 minutes. I watched the guy make 8 or so drinks and just kept putting them on the counter and then finally he came over. Bringing all 8 drinks to the counter…got a nice cold cup of coffee”hot coffee”. My most recent trip I ordered online 15 minutes ahead thinking I’d finally cracked the code…show up and there are 0 customers but 3 employees. My coffee wasn’t made yet. Told them my name and they said they’d make it now…then made an iced coffee instead of hot coffee…the good news is the coffee is pretty decent and consistent, service is just a total nightmare.
