  This store has constantly had problems with management and training with its workers. I used to live by the Harper choice for almost 5 years. Since it was so close it was a good stop by eating place before going to work. It has gone through changes of management, probably for good reason. It has closed down A few times(probably cause of not enough workers and also the bathroom is always clogged to the point it floods the bathroom). The workers don’t seem to be trained properly, I can definitely say that manager name DOREEN HYNE is also in need of training(been a barista for a while). Now to the food part, it’s a hit or miss depending who is working. Sometimes the food is burnt or just too stale. A lot of missing ingredients, not just including the food but a lot of drinks such as coffee never seem to be done properly. I don’t think the workers should be blamed or yelled at for what they can do. I suggest you go to other Dunkin’s like the mall or another one near by that’s worth your money.

  I had a great time here because of Grace.. she took care of me and made sure my needs were taken cared of.. she deserves a raise!

  This Dunkin’ Donuts is hands down one of the most poorly run locations I’ve ever experienced. The store appears to be staffed almost entirely by very young, inexperienced employees with no visible adult supervision or competent management. The result is nonstop chaos. Orders are consistently wrong, basic items are constantly out of stock, and delivery orders through DoorDash are an absolute disaster. They are always missing items, incorrect items, or orders simply not prepared at all. This isn’t a one-off issue; it’s a pattern. There is zero quality control, zero accountability, and clearly zero training. Customers are left paying full price for half-baked service while employees look confused and overwhelmed. That is not their fault it’s the fault of an owner and management team that clearly does not care. I strongly urge Dunkin’ Donuts corporate to step in and either replace the ownership/management immediately or shut this location down. It damages the brand and wastes customers’ time and money. Until there is real leadership, training, and oversight, this place should not be operating. Avoid unless you enjoy incorrect orders and frustration.

  I ordered a hot chai latte and after driving away, my first sip revealed a large cup of steamed milk. Very disappointing - a $6 cup of hot milk. My attempt to call about it rolled to voicemail that was not setup. Unfortunately, I don’t live close and won’t be in the area again anytime soon. Ugh!!! Pay attention, people!
